How can 89% of folks be in favor of moving start times later and the Board of Ed turn it down? Who works for who again??

I used to go to Marley Middle but now I go to Mount Saint Joseph High School. My mom has a hard time trying to get everyone to school. We leave at 6:40 we get to the school at 7:20, she goes and gets my sister to school by 7:50 and then she makes a trip back home. My sister, brother and I barely get breakfast and are tired the whole day.
