Yes. It is very prestigious and something a driver can only win once in their career.
Sort of, but not really. It gives a rookie something to shoot for in a year when not a whole lot is expected of them.
No. Sometimes, there is little of no competition. It sounds good twenty years after the fact, but that's it.
