Totally unfair debate. The two most reasonable candidates barely got a chance to speak. Carson actually asked to be attacked so that he could respond. So sick of listening to these people argue loudly, Trump's buffoonery and avoidance of answers, and the moderators just letting it go on and on. The only person who had the guts to get Trump to shut up was the interviewer from Telemundo. I could barely watch the whole debate as I was so disgusted with the unfairness to Carson and Kasich CNN did a real disservice to those of us who wanted to hear what each candidate had to say. It would have been better for us all if you had simply asked each candidate in order the same question so all had a chance to respond. Carson is a wise man and a gentleman, and whoever gets elected should appoint him to be in charge of the Department of Health. Kasich is intelligent, experienced, calm and probably the best of them all. But because of the ignorance of all his supporters who just like him because he emits power, we'll probably get stuck with that blowhard, The Donald.

Trump is a complete idiot, he has absolutely no plan for executing his proposed solutions. "I'm gonna build a wall and make Mexico pay for it." Yet the truth is Mexico has even said no. He cannot answer a question without mentioning that he is really rich or trying to claim how much people like him. The fact is he has filed bankruptcy 4 times yet he remains rich which means that he lost other people's money. He has no facts or basis to back up his claims he's nothing more than another Obama. I seriously consider him the live version of "President Cumacho" from the movie Idiocracy. Trump took some hits tonight. But he killed it with several comments that I thought were golden. He said I will build the wall for 10 to 12 billion, these guys next to me would spend 200 billion. He also said I will eliminate waste and fraud, I will cut spending so much it will make your head spin. Then he killed it also when he said, I am winning over independents and democrats to the the republican party. Believe me neither of the other candidates would even think to say these things because it is foreign to them. They think they can win with their base and a few independents. Trump already has the attention of independents and center leaning dems. They are not excited about their candidates the election year. But the far right Cruz will not win independents let alone dems, and the Donor Class Rubio with his top 40 hits debates will not be attractive to independents and center dems. Although aside from Trump I think Rubio has an edge over Cruz. Of course I could be wrong, the GOP is fired up this year, so maybe Cruz could win with the base. Is he eligible? I agree with many of the comments and observations on this chat. Cruz is a dishonest dictator with absolutely no human compassion. Rubio is well staged & rehearsed but a great family man. Dr. Carson is humble and very intelligent with enormous calmness. Kaesich is humble, experienced politically, and a kind person. I think Trump looked very presidential tonight. He stayed calm and focused. Rubio looked like a college kid who was saying his rehearsed lines and then looked at his handlers in the audience for approval. Cruz just seems to recite the constitution like a preacher recites the bible. The Ohio governor did well, but just isn't the one I see confronting world leaders. Dr. Carson was thoughtful and had the best line of the evening when he asked the others if they could please attack him, so he'd get more talking time.
But Trump's the man! He's strong! Other world leaders will respect him. He will bring jobs back to America that will help all ethic groups. He will make borders secure and make our country respected again.

I cannot understand how people seem to ignore the fact that John Kasich is by far the most qualified candidate running. As an Independent college student I've kept my mind open and have stayed off the Bernie ban wagon, but tonight Mr. Trump truly showed the demeanor of a President. Being attacked by both sides he kept his cool, and made the attackers look foolish at times. He truly won me over tonight and will have my vote come election day. By the way Rubio he made it very clear he plans on privatizing health care across state borders, not much more needs to be said after that. I was very disappointed that the one person on the stage who was very professional and had original ideas was basically ignored. As a teacher I would have warned the interrupters to please step step back from the mike. It was a very rude debate and the moderator should have enforced the rules. Give Ben equal opportunity. Even Donald thought Ben was treated unfairly.

I cannot understand how people seem to ignore the fact that John Kasich is by far the most qualified candidate running. Cruz and Rubio are a joke and annoy me more and more every time I see them and truly came out after Trump a little too late. By the way Rubio he made it very clear he plans on privatizing health care across state borders, not much more needs to be said after that. I was very disappointed that the one person on the stage who was very professional and had original ideas was basically ignored. As a teacher I would have warned the interrupters to please step step back from the mike. It was a very rude debate and the moderator should have enforced the rules. Give Ben equal opportunity. Even Donald thought Ben was treated unfairly.
