Last nights episode was great. Thought Taye Diggs character was great and agree with Mr. Huges before me, that he would be a much better addition to the team than a smart mouth, insolent, arrogant know it all like was discussed in another article. And, what is with a character named Tess ? phooey.
Just read story about Michael Weatherly trying out for a role as Dr. Phil in a new series ???? Seriously ????Get real. This man is not worth watching, so why have a series about him ???? I for one would never watch it. Am soooooo disappointed in Weatherly's leaving NCIS to do another (hokey) show. Some of these people who get bored with being on a show too long would never make it in the real world, where most of us work for decades for the same company. I had 2 friends that each had over 50 years on the job. These wimps today could never last that long.

This 300th episode was wonderfully entertaining and heart-warming. It is such as fabulous series honoring our service men and women. Service men and women do have struggles outside the normal rim of daily struggles. My thanks and graditude to all of them. I feel the cast of NCIS will be fine (especially if they were to bring back Ziva). Ziva's acting style and ability to bring her scenes to a realistic level have been unsurpassed by former and present female actor agents. I so wish the producers and directors would consider this. Also, I would like to see Tony not "killed" and brought back from time to time as they do Agent Fornell. I really like Fornell and Gibbs together too. Great show. Love the cast. Thank you CBS for the programming of a great show. I hope NCIS continues for many years to come.

The show was EXCEPTIONAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think that the WHOLE NCIS team (everybody that has anything to do with the show) are probably the MOST talented people in the TV industry right now. They handle the different episodes very well, they show respect for the military and they manage to recover when there is a major cast change. I wish them all, all the best in the future.

Why not Davis to replace Weatherly. All ready introduced, has right character background. Davis and Gibbs have good interaction.
Tonight's show is why this is the number 1 ranked show on tv. Not many reach this.
