I know its not recent but I'm still not over it, was Shay in Chicago Fire played by Lauren German. Her death was so sudden & unexpected. In my opinion it was uncalled for & definitely didn't do the show any favours

For me, Dana on The L Word, obviously as a human storyline, rather than specifically "lesbian". The steep arc of her illness/death was too much. Damn you Irene!!!
But yes, the Walking Dead couple were cute together :( lesbians are an endangered species on tv sadly, and we MUST mourn every one. Les(t) we forget *salute*

SPOILER ALERT..... Dr. Denise on the Walking Dead. I was so hopeful that we would continue to see the relationship between Denise and Tara but..... NOT!!
