This was my toughest pick also! But I couldn't forget Nurse Ratched standing over Billy Bibbit, belittling & emasculating him, threatening to tell his mother what he had done; terrorizing such a sensitive soul. That is true evil! She got my vote!
That was just almost exactly my thought, too!
During Lent I took part in Lent Madness online which involved voting on a bracket of 32 holy people for the Golden Halo. Sometimes deciding between two was just as hard as this, but on a scale of goodness instead of [literary] villainy.
