Handicap stickers are issued to people, not cars. My wife has one but I cannot park in a handicap space if she is not with me. This lady HAS to have a doctor's statement which she must take to a license bureau to get a sticker. You CANNOT park in one just because you THINK you're handicapped. By law, the most handicapped person in the world can't park in one of those spaces without a sticker.
