The show is about Damon and Stefan NOT Elena...Elena annoyed me....Damon would have been better off with Alaric...his true soul mate...nail Elenas coffin shut.. And let Damon and Ric have their happily ever after...
I like vampire diaries but if Ian and Elena , there are not there there's no vampire diaries bcz we lose Jeremy and Tyler already then it's can be the end it's better .

there is no way Ian can leave if he does the whole vampire diaries will be over. I mean all the other actors are great too but if Ian leaves there wont be that many actors left [main]. so whoever reads this please don't let the series end. I love it and I'm pretty sure a lot of other people love it too. so, don't ruin it for me or anyone else. thanks!!!

I was hoping that they will some how return Elena,not in her body of course. if Ian leaving the show they can twist story line,Elena's soul can be rescued from a Kai's spell only if her true love (Damon ) will surcifice his life . Omg you can do so much with it .The tricky part is to find actress to replace Elena .
Maybe if writers for this show do not have good ideas,or for some reason the producers thinks it is better to close tvd,better to do so. Personally I stopped watching show after few episodes,cause it dosent seem like they are trying to somehow return Elena as character.

I am still very disappointed in the way Ian and Nina behaved after their breakup!!! They weren't children!!! They were supposed to be actors and yes the storyline was difficult but they are ACTORS. It's their job. I enjoy the show and would love to see them together again unless Ian Somerhaler thinks his "wife" would be too insecure. I don't think Nina Dobrev would have a problem.

Without Damon the Show should end Ian/Damon is the Show IMO and what most people are still hanging in for and with kat also leaving its finished.

As far as i'm concerned , when Nina left the show has'nt been the same . Without the Elena and Damon storyline it's not the same . I don't care about those new characters that are in the show now .

losing Nina was enough but to me, Damon is the whole show. It just wouldn't be the same without Ian in the show
