Should Sobeys bring its FreshCo discount banner to Western Canada?
Yes. The lousy Prairie economy is crying out for another discount chain.
No. Sobeys’ program to cut prices in western stores will draw shoppers.
Maybe. But first Sobeys should introduce a discount banner to the Maritimes.
