This poll should have Cesko, Czechia, nothing, or something else. It's not a matter of replacing the long form.

Xpats calling Česko/Czech Republic Czechoslovakia anyway. So educate yourself and let our names same here! Why we are going to change our name in English? WTF? Czech Republic-it's what you should remember!!!
The mix up with Chechnya is another fallacy. Just search the video "former CIA agent confused" on youtube and lsiten carefully. Thisguy says Chech Republic (meant Chechen Republic) not Czechia! o he mixed it up with Czech Republic, an ignorant mixes up Austria and Australia, Iraq and Iran, Mali and Malawi, Slovakia and Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland, Lithuania and Latvia, just stop to spread this nonsese...
Josef is right, both names are necessary and both have different functions, the formal, political name for diplomatic treaties, passports etc. the short, unformal, geographic name for all other purposes like sports, culture, business etc. www.goczechia.com

What a stupidly formulated poll. The question in discussion is not if the country should be called Czech Republic or Czechia, but if the country should be called both Czech Republic (political name) and Czechia (geographical name).
