Mendoza is strictly on air because ESPN has decided to put a bunch of uneducated, semi-attractive women on air in their effort to act diverse...You may not like Schilling, but I'd take him over Pedro Martinez who can't speak English...

The lady never has played the game nor probably isn't as efficient in the announcing a game she has no clue about. And if your crying diversity, why don't you bring in a person from India, China or Saudia Arabia to be an announcer. I'd rather have a man who played baseball in Puerto Rico or Japan call a game. They know more about the game than most because they play it and lots of the American teams bring in players from those countries.
