Joe Early was 1000% wrong to not lock this guy up. Joe Early should consider resigning. What the hell he was he thinking? However, the blame lies squarely on the loser that chose to shoot Officer Tarentino. I'm just glad that taxpayer money won't be wasted on a trial.

I don't have enough information to make my full decision but this is my current position. Just like innocent people are put in jail criminals get let back out in the streets. Joe Early did not pull the trigger, he didn't tell him to go shoot an officer. He's not responsible for killing, but he is responsible for letting a true criminal walk. Some people take the freedom and better their lives as a second chance, Zambrano did not and is the only one guilty for the death here.
