Panthers loaded with talented Defense men will plug in Matheson and McCoshen both highly rated defensmen this year. For Florida it just comes down to just like Chicago to much young talent all the same age and you can only pay 5 million a year to so many players. Florida has Ekblad and Trochek that both will be getting big contracts 6+ million and Huberdeau will be on radar next year for the same. Really not sure if Jarred McCann will beat out other top level players for a roster spot who are 20 to 22 that have more upside.
