I am no neuroscientist I confess, but I'm happier not knowing that my brain makes thousands of involuntary decisions each day and mostly about my digestive system, am I right?
This is so my conscious self can get on with the not so important non- life threatening decisions like what shall I have for breakfast with my coffee.
Your link to physio/ pscychology is a brilliant much needed premise to close minded people that pass the buck to their doctor for what is mind management. And who is best to manage what we think but our creator, ask such questions of God "have my thoughts been deceiving me, have I rested enough this week."
I'm diagnosed with a depressive psychotic condition, however I'm responsible for how I treat my body and keeping check of it's balance. Dr Phil
