The distribution centers of today are built for maximum efficiency and minimum labor requirements. The center most likely will copy Amazon and UPS. Automation will take the lead. The majority of employees will consist of OTR truck drivers either making a delivery or picking up. The major gain for the location will be the deafening roar of vehicles 24/7/365. Wally World is not dumb. Land is cheap, handouts to build are plentiful and State and local politicians lining up for the Photo Op. backs up for miles.

Mobile County does not need more Walmarts Stores; however, a Distribution Center would be good for the economic growth for Mobile. More good paying jobs means better housing, better restaurants and better entertainments. Why would we have to go Atlanta, New Orleans or Pensacola for fun?
