Yes, without question. There are fewer controversies and they are more consistent across the board. Best of all, they make decisions in a matter of minutes instead of a matter of days.

I can't really tell a difference one way or the other.

No. things have gotten worse. Long Beach was a joke and they gave out way too many penalties at Indianapolis.
