Richard - The Getting Personal part of the process is described in Chapter 7 of the book. In the book, it's called "Establishing a Relationship". I don't like to call it that, because the words imply that we are building or creating a relationship. It works better when people think of it as just another discovery process, rather than trying to make something happen.
We teach the Getting Personal conversation in 3 different workshops, because too many people were not prepared to go all the way to trauma when they first begin to learn this.

Hearing the 12th chapter taught accurately and not from my own private interpretation would be excellent for my understanding as I've always wanted a breakdown of this chapter.
