What evidence is there to support the govt action or is this just a precaution move to look like action? Was the bcrec responsible for the inflation rates that the government a ha been making big money on or are they responsible for reducing the ability to purchase a home and not live in it ? What powers will this Sept have that will fix all these issues. It appears to me the bcrec was scapegoated to fix a problem they had no part of creating or authority to fix. But it will satisfy the media and therefore be seen as a positive action
