Phyllis should be charged. What she did was a crime. She put Adam and Chelsea through turmoil. As for Victor switching Marco for Jack......How could she not know? I guess she's slept around so much she doesn't know the difference between her husband and all the other men. During everything she's always playing the innocent one.

Phyllis shouldn't be charged. Old meddling Victor done far worse to her without punishment!! Even while in jail he had freedom!! Visitors, phone calls, sex etc!!! Rediculous!!!!

Let the punishment fit the crime with mitigating circumstances due to mental anguish caused by Marco/Jack swap. She was pimped to a drug lord unknowingly.
