I'm watching 'Stranger Things,' just two episodes in, but I will definitely finish it. It's a creepy mashup of Goonies, X Files and Fringe, but has touches of humor and a set of fantastic child actors.
Not a horror fan. But I had to vote for Stranger Things because it made me binge like it was a tub of Ben and Jerry's. It was three am by the time I was done. The monster....not so great....looked like a anorexic Pillsbury Dough Boy with a green fig head. Loved the mix of horror/monster genre from the 80's and the characters. A refreshing change from super heroes and Nordic/British noir detectives.
