Was treated poorly or rudely by the staff.
Was given false information about a product or brand either intentionally or unintentionally.
Did not feel confident that the sales person understood my needs.
Experienced an unpleasant pretentious atmosphere or a generally unwelcoming environment.
Was given the "lowest possible price," that according to a quick internet search was clearly not the lowest possible price for the same product from a retailer.
