Tina, I feel your pain. I miss those days when I'd set aside a day for 'back to school' shopping, including a nice lunch out for the two of us, but am enjoying the fact that son has graduated from a good school and is working towards getting his own place. Mind you, since hubby and I are going over plans to add on a large garage with a loft, complete w/ kitchen and full bath, son may never leave!
I'm thrilled to have the funds back to decorate my home with and look forward to creating lovely rooms and grounds that, the Good Lord willing, may some day host a bridal shower or christening.

I fall between it gives me a twinge to breaking out in tears. I have 4 children , my last is going to be a junior in college and I miss all the fun projects we did together. Shopping , baking , everyday conversations.
