The funding policies of my Directorate only allow 1 upgrade every five years, and stricly forbids "Apple" devices.

I believe the more they release the newer models of smartphones, the system on the older models tend to outdate causing it to be uncompatable with apps and making you upgrade to newer models... Some people can't afford to buy new phone constantly..!
