Based on the recent Haji Ali judgment, do you think courts should interfere in religious affairs?

I voted for the 3rd option which has been disastrously paraphrased. If one goes through the judgement delivered by the High Court,it is clearly delineated that where the court intervenes is in ascertaining whether the religious institution in this case Haji Ali trust is carrying out religious administration or defining how religion should be practised. The courts have very cleverly defined each our religions as having no natural gender discrimination and ruled here that according to Islamic verses quoted by the trust, it could not be proved by them that Islam discriminates against the entry of women. So basically the court says that religious trusts have full freedom to carry out religious administration but cannot set new religious rules by themselves. Naturally, the next question is who will define religion then. The court says that religion will be tested on the definitive texts it has.We all know that religious texts are filled with contrarian verses so according to the principle of harmonious interpretation the courts will select those verses which sit in well with the constitution of India.Hence, the third option
