Had a motorsports buyer stepped up, do you think Nashville Superspeedway could have made it as a race track?

Yes. There is a market for non-ISC and SMI tracks out there. Besdies, the IndyCar races drew very well when they were in Nashville.

I don't know. There needed to be a lot of expensive changes made to the track to make it viable.

No. The surface, the configuration and the location were all obstacles that were too great to overcome.
