Each stakeholder should be responsible for alcohol consumption on his watch. Airlines for their staff and passengers, Ground handlers for what they serve in the lounges or on board, and the rest Duty Free what they sell. We have far too much regulation as it is at airports that concern air travel of which much is not very effective and is stressful.
All we need is yet another layer of police or inspectors checking alcohol. The GCC council would have a field day!
