The whole story/drama/affair with young Billy is/was dumb. It's time to move on to something else with both of them. Gina has done well with taking over the Phyllis role. It is abit odd that she really hasn't been much of a mother these days. 10 yrs ago she was always involved with the kids. It's time we get Phyllis back to the role we all loved to watch....
Even if it is an affair with someone, just leave Billy out of the equation.

While Gina is a good acor, I just don't care about her Phyllis. Maybe It's her storyline. I don't know. I usually fast forward during her scenes. I loved to hate Michelle!!!!
