Why not Katz Place? He did put a portion of the building price into it and into the surrounding Ice district. Either that or name it after the city council members who voted in faver of it.

The Pork Chop is obviously the superior choice. Rogers Place does not resemble a foot nor iron. It is chrome plated, y'all. Get your periodic table right!
