If you watch the "Mother" and "Kiss your Sister" episodes, you can see that she's finding ways to surpass her own excellence. I say she keeps the bar high, and encourage others to step up to the plate!

If there were a better more fitting person to win the award, they would have done it!!! The fact that she can still bag one of these and not be in her 20's is a boon to other women her age in this industry!!!
