Would This Club Work Here?

Not enough to sustain the needed volume to support the business. At best you would end up with a bunch of nondrinkers, alcoholics, or a fad that will die off. I can see it being successful in California but I'd give your Detroit market less than two years survival. That return on investment would not ever be realized. Not to mention the conflict with supporting radio promoting. Reality of the concept will wind up being one of who you know in a excluding club. Nothing wrong with the concept, just not likely to be successful in this market.
