Trump is a billionaire who has no coherent transportation policy and has no capacity to following the labor complaints of truckers. Born to wealth billionaires know nothing of hard labor. Then, angry white guy, anti-minority, anti-everything OOIDA loses every time they try to lobby on behalf of trucking labor interests. Ignorant anti-science trucker attitudes make it impossible for those of us voting democrat to pursuade our congressman that big corp fleet agreements with CARB and DOT undermine independent owner operator businessmen like me.

As a worker, although now 90, I have to vote Democratic Party, regardless of the candidate, even though I have my own business as a consulting driver trainer ((with CDL, HazMat, and current medical) and doing quite well. I am still a worker. However, I worry about the Republican Party privatizing Social Security plus other benefits coming to workers and "retired" workers, one of whom I am.

The main concern I have with Trump is his inability to take direction from others in the best interests of this nation and himself.
