Should Andrew Fifita and Semi Radradra be in the Kangaroos squad?

Remember Big Mal had a brother convicted of murder who was recently back in custody over a parole issue. While Mal supported him as a brother he certainly didn't go to try and publicly defend his brother. Some of these footballers have to wake up to themselves, if the want to earn 500K+ they have greater responsibilities than the park footballer.

The right decision has been made. Fifita is not what we want our young footballers to look up to. I think his abuse of the refs at the juniors game is just as bad a crime as his support for his murdering mate.

Fifita also has his verbal abuse of the junior referee to blame for his omission. If he wants to represent his country he needs to change his behaviour and become a decent role model, as do all Australian representative players in all sports.

Why ban them from ARL and not NRL? I agree with the decision to leave them out, but the decision stinks of political correctness and not the moral standards I expect Australian rolemodels should adhere to. Just my 2 cents.

Brad put yourself in the shoes of the family who continue to suffer from the actions of an individual who has plenty of support to help him. He should have been aware that what he did was wrong before he did it. As for Thurstons brother well he works hard to earn a living independently of his famous brother and he doesn't ask his brother for help. As for Fifita well being able to be a bully on the football field doesn't give you the right to be a total uninformed insensitive fool and praise to the selectors for having the guts to not pick him. Fifita should take a look at the man in the mirror and apologise for his stupidity

So Fiftita's mate made a mistake and now he's supposed to wipe him? He's only trying to help his friend. If Thurstons brother had committed this crime would he be expected to abandon him so he could play for Aust?
