Have agreement with local media to "push" alerts from any LEO then put out the Amber.
Perhaps the City of Fort Wayne could put some type of push on its site if an emergency happens. Also please stop using the acronym "CCP" for something other than its original meaning "Concealed Carry Permit" for a handgun.
