Either keeping to British Summer Time all year, or moving to double summer time, would bring immense benefits - improved road safety, savings in energy consumption, increased active leisure time, advantages for sport and tourism - and all for no cost.
We should make the best use we can of the limited hours of daylight in the day, and I've yet to meet anyone who can see any sense in changing the clocks to have darker evenings just when the nights are getting longer anyway.

For the last fifty years, they talk and thats all. Why not compromise change time end of Nov and back again end of February,
