Well it looks like the vote is settled for Neon Demon. However I'd like to thank you for drawing my attention to The Little Girl Who Lived Down The Lane, which I'd never heard of before but have now watched and thoroughly enjoyed. Would certainly strongly recommend to others

I've seen all of these and all interesting for sure but, honestly, how amazing would it would be to revisit the creepy, only-could-be-from-the-70s "The Little Girl Who Lived Down The Lane". While in the 80s, HBO had PG movies like "The Goonies" and "Gremlins" this was what passed for standard PG family fare back on HBO in the 70s. Parts of it still haunt me to this day...
