What do you feel is your biggest obstacle to changing your eating behavior [diet and relationship with food] to meet your health goals?
Not Applicable - I have a fantastic diet that aligns with my health goals!
Everything, seriously – what doesn’t get in my way of eating better?!
Knowledge – I’m just not exactly sure how much of which foods are best for my goals.
Self -Awareness – I don’t really have a health goal so I’m not sure if my eating is aligned to it or not.
Time – I have a health goal, know what and how much to eat, but seem to always fall short on the planning or prepping. I need convenience!
Money – The foods and activities I feel I should be eating and participating in aren’t accessible to me.
Motivation – I’m sure I could improve my eating habits and health, but why should I?
Enjoyment – I love food and need to feel satisfied, if I change my diet it won’t be enjoyable or satisfying.
Analysis Paralysis – I have a wearable activity device, I log my food daily, I monitor health outcomes regularly (i.e. weight, measurements or lab values) but I still struggle to achieve my goal.
