I live in a riding that is a secure Conservative stronghold. I have both the satisfaction and disappointment of voting for the party of my choice because the winner is pretty much assured to be a Conservative. The only good my vote does is add to the percentage of the popular vote of my preferred party. If I was in a riding where the result could be a toss-up between any other party and the Conservatives, I would vote for the other party, every. time.
