This is the question they get you to answer that they will twist to justify what they want to do. No one wants this reform except the Liberal who want to rig the system so they won't loose another election. Everyone can see through what they are doing and are not biting. That is why they are trying so hard to whip up some interest in thiis

All politicians already believe they focus on the best interests of the country. The problem is that what Conservatives think is best for the country is vastly different than what the NDP or Greens think is best for the country. Let's see what happens when they leave their ideologies at the front door and collaborate to achieve solutions.

The biggest problem with our electoral system is we can't separate leader of the province or country from the political party. There should be two boxes on the ballot for provincial or national leader, and local candidates. This would force the leader of the parties elected to work with other parties to achieve consensus. If quality candidate were supplied at the local level, this would result in two votes for the party, otherwise the local vote could be split. It would also force local candidates to be involved locally and to have a better understanding of policy.

This question is a prime example why so many poll's are wrong.
The question's here are framed around the response you want.
There needs to be an option on any polling question for the person to say what is important to them, not necessarily what the sponsor of the poll wishes to hear.
It's why people lie to the pollster and the poll gets it wrong.

The points here are not fairly balanced. Tipping the options in such a completely obvious way away from FPTP is disingenuous.
