How would you grade the Titans' performance against the Colts?

The Titans did not lose the game, the coach did:
    1. Mularkey consistently elects to receive after winning the coin toss, giving the opposing team the ball at the start of the 2nd half. In Sunday's Colts game, we were down 14-0 in no time, then 21-0, and then we kicked to the Colts in the 2nd half. He does this every game. Does any other coach do this, ever?
    2. The coach did not challenge DeMarco Murray's 1st down attempt with only 2:17 left on the clock, possibly preventing the loss. At that point, we had two time-outs left and nothing to lose. Why so passive? Why not take the minimum chance with such a huge upside?
    3. The Titans started slowly, then picked up enough steam to win, yet the play-calling was abysmal: way too conservative.
    4. The team played mistake-free football, and Mariota was fifth in total passing yards among all QBs Sunday, and had two TDs, without the possibility for a third due to not challenging the spot at 2:17 left in the game.
