There is opportunity everywhere outside the US in large health informatics programmes. It's the same Cerner, Allscripts, Epic, Meditech, etc. throughout EMEA & APAC as the States, why wouldn't an organization want to pursue new lines of revenue growth?

It's just so hard to make any comparisons at all with their (majority of them at least) different payment/reimbursement models...

I like to compare it to the US market and understand the differences. We think we have the best healthcare in the world but based on results, we just have the most expensive.
