If I burned a Chinese made flag every time the US did something like invade a foreign country, bomb it's civilians and torture the rest I would have an eternal flame fueled by flags that have lost their meaning as we have lost our way.
"Foreign Nationals" who come here are not allowed the same freedoms as you because your "foreign national" ancestors came here first? That's the problem with you conservatives; you are always making up rules to punish those you don't like.
I voted that there should be no penalty for burning a flag - but that is not entirely accurate.
It should read - American citizens may burn the flag without penalty. Foreign nationals on USA soil who engage in acts communicating destruction of symbols of the the USA shall be immediately removed to their country of origin. Since, if they don't like it here, as visitors they can leave at any time.
