Which best sums up how you feel about manners?

They are not given the importance that they once were

Many lack them but it makes me work even harder to be polite

I do not see a change, think they are as important today as they were years ago

Think people's lives are too hurried and it results in a lack of courtesy, seen a definite shift

People are more self absorbed than they have ever been and it shows in their lack of manners
