Will the BOE to have a hawkish, dovish, or neutral bias in 2017?

Hawkish, of course! They won't be able to resist once inflation overshoots.

Dovish! The economy isn't strong enough for tight monetary policies.

So far, the risks are balancing out the good stuff so I think they'll stick to neutral.

I don't know. I haven't thought about it yet.
