The attention our city got from promoting Trump was not just positive. Across the country there are more people who believe that Trump will be a poor President than a good one. Showing people of our city celebrating his win makes us look as if our city supports what he stands for: racism, misogyny, indifference to laws and truth, love of Russia, and belief in torture to name a few. The fact that the stands were quite empty was not reported, but it should give the city pause as to what most of its citizens want for their tax dollars.

This was an insult to the voters who didn't vote for him and the mayor needs to be impeached for taking tax payers money for his disrespect to mobile community inappropriate use.

Absolutely worth the price. No where else would such a small amount be considered extravagant. My heavens, please let us come out of the 1960's mentality. What a national embarrassment to even have such a discussion on television.

I would figure most of the people there most likely spent some sum of money before leaving the city of Mobile. From a coke costing from $1.00 to $2.00, according to where you buy and the size you buy, to a fulll blown meal at the cost of $15.00 per person and up. I think it was probably a profitable day for the city. Well worth the stop I"d say.

The price of admission should cover the cost of the security. Approx $58,000.

I wouldn't give Donald Trump a penny I found in the parking lot! Donald Trump says Thank you Mobile, here's the bill. Why doesn't that surprise me?

How many hours of television coverage did you get from all the local and national news outlets. If you had to pay for that it would have been in the 100,000s of thousands of dollars. All if it really good advertising.
