You asked a very similar question back in July 2016 when I voted with 54% of respondents that "No - I don't care for video". My opinion hasn't changed and it would be so nice not to have to pay for so much capability in a camera that I simply do not need or want.

I voted 'No I don't want video...'. Many years ago, 8mm or Super 8 home moves were only a few minutes long and expensive to make, so however bad they the audience didn't have to suffer for long. But now they are virtually free to make, and can be much longer, but are no more interesting.
I speak as somebody who once sat through four Andy Warhol feature films at the NFT, and suspect that many young video artists aspire to that level of audience abuse.
