Yes. A 40-50% increase over last year is absurd.
I don't know. With all the booked-up hotels you referenced, it sounds as if people are still willing to pay a premium.
No. Hotels are in business to make money. They will test the market to see how high it will go. Once the market begins to balk, that will be the new limit.
