Do you think the BC Home Owner Mortgage and Equity Partnership program announced by the B.C. government is a good idea?

I have mixed feelings. I think some people will be able to take advantage of it wisely but it doesn't solve the cost of housing problem.

It's an amazing offer and opportunity that will help many people get into the housing market who need the little boost it offers.

The government's focus should be on providing affordable housing, not lending money to buy into an inflated market.
