With the price of health care who can afford not to have a cover for those unforeseen health issues?
people without medical aid and hospital cover and dread disease cover are taking a big chance on life,
once you are diagnosed with a dread disease or had a bad accident or have been hospitalized and received a bill thereafter, the shock is more likely to kill you than anything else. being treated at the provincial hospitals is a worse nightmare than anything you have ever imagined. I would always make sure I had a medical aid or hospital plan in place before it is too late. I had that problem and therefore I am sharing my experience with others, so that they don't make the same mistake I made.

If you have children and you are not as young anymore, then life insurance would be the first that would come to mind.

The answer on this question will differ due to peoples age. If I were a yougster I would definitely spend less to medical aid andd more to life insurance.
