What issue would you like to see President Trump tackle first?

Honestly I don't believe that anyone should work with Trump until he shows his taxes and divest himself from his business interests. I don't believe the democrats should work with the republicans until a full investigation into Trump's collusion with Russia to interfere in our election has been completed. Until those issues have been addressed, I believe it is pointless to move forward.

I along with others who receive disability income on a monthly basis need help qualifying for homeownership. I don't qualify because the banks won't approve my income because they say i don't have enough income to secure a home loan. Individuals n disability still have families to take care of and provide a roof for. We're still looked at as the bread winners but now due to the inability to make the kind of money that we used to, we're left feeling vulnerable, inadequate and quite embarrassed that as, what used to be the man of the house, is now just a struggling individual begging for help and jus trying their best to stay above water and keep from drowning. Unflattering credit scores are crippling enough, then on top of that to have to deal with doors being close in your face for lack of income. I'm not asking for a handout, just a hand up. I can afford to pay rent. I just want to put my money into something that I can invest in and into something decent to live in; that doesn't have plumbing issues or electrical problems or roof leaks or rodent problems or mold infestation or a compromised foundation, which unfortunately, me and my family have all been subjected to; even now as I speak. I just want a nice clean decent affordable place for my wife and kids that would pass a detailed inspection. I don't want habitat or section 8. I want legitimate homeownership the same way as others who go through a bank or loan institution with them taking into consideration that disability income is still viable income that pays the bills. Men are robbed everyday of their manhood because of anchor. Please put a program in place that will open the doors for individuals who receive disability income to be approved for homeownership with reasonable and affordable rates with a manageable monthly payment that fits their fixed income. Settling for less than standard living conditions is degrading frustrating, dangerous, troubling as well as a headache etc. I truly want to own my own home and stop flushing money down the rent drain. I'm ready to own my own home but, when I tried to go through a property program, they asked for $5000 down and the monthly payments would've been over $1100 a month. On disability, I can't afford that, nor could anyone else receiving disability I'm sure. What help is out there for myself and others like me other than habitat and section 8 which even with those are either very lengthy in time and forces you to live in undesirable areas for a year or so in order to qualify or forces you to payoff stuff on your credit before they go any further with assisting you. Disability just doesn't allow that kind of financial flexibility. But, I can pay a monthly mortgage if I could just get my feet in the door. That's where I need help at, getting in the door. Would you help me get my foot in the door? Like I said before, I'm not looking for a handout, just s hand up.
