What are your thoughts on a designated day of rest?

Sunday is my day also to relax, do whatever I want to do, with no agenda whatsoever

We like to plan something special on Sunday but don't pressure ourselves

Sunday is like any other day for me, full steam ahead

I don't necessarily designate Sunday as a day of rest but do have another day or two that I do that

My life is so relaxing that every day is a day of rest (all I can say is...lucky you and I am jealous) if you checked this!

I don't need or want a day of rest, do not like slow days with no schedule
